It’s one of Disney’s best, but mainly because of Robin Williams' amazing voice work. Here’s a lot of fun facts learned from the DVD commentary tracks, including the fact that Carpet was CGI, something I wasn’t aware of though I know a lot of computer effects were used in the film.
An often overlooked Coen Bros movie, but I’ve alway loved it. Then again, I love pretty much every Coen Bros movie. The only one I wasn’t a fan of was…umm….Intolerable Cruelty maybe? Yeah, I wasn’t into that one all that much, and I liked Ladykillers.
A video interview with Stanley Kubrick's longtime camera operator, a good insight into how Kubrick shot.

Really fun art stuff here, this one is my favorite:
Another, yes, but this one is about a pretty darn good movie from this past year that I recommend for genre fans (if you’re not into slow brew thrillers, this isn’t for you in the slightest). Not a perfect movie by any means, but damn sure fascinating one.
A beautiful and very clever animated short. Great style, music and a simple story. That's all we need, right?
It's five minutes of Deakins shots...that's all you need to know. Ok, it also has that gorgeous Jesse James soundtrack that gives me goosebumps every time I hear it too. Only downside is the repeat movies. The man shot a hundred pics, you can choose some of those too. Not once Shawshank shot? Even the infamous Robbins-in-the-Rain?
